Aosom Ireland Review: Delivery, Returns and Aftercare
How Much Does Delivery Cost at Aosom Ireland?
Nothing for standard delivery. As of October 2026, the Orders and Delivery page says all orders with a valid Irish address get free standard delivery. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays, and weekend orders go out the next Monday. The same page mentions a next-day option for weekday orders placed before 1:00pm. Delivery times depend on which warehouse holds the item, so check the estimate on the product page or at checkout.
What Happens When a Large Item Is Delivered?
For bulky goods, the courier calls before delivery. The delivery page says the driver can only bring goods to the kerbside and cannot carry items inside or assemble them. Aosom Ireland does not offer on-site collection. For a greenhouse or a large kennel, plan for a second person to help move the boxes.
What Is the Aosom Ireland Return Policy?
The returns page and the FAQ give different return windows, so email customer service first; they will confirm the window and send the return details. Once returned goods arrive, the brand says refunds are processed within 14 days and paid back to the original payment method, which can take another 7 to 14 days. A collection fee may be deducted, and the amount is not stated on the pages we read.
What If an Item Arrives Faulty?
Aosom Ireland’s returns page says that in the first 30 days after delivery, a faulty item can get a refund, a partial refund, replacement parts or a full replacement. From 30 days up to 12 months, replacement parts or a full replacement are offered if available. The brand says photos or a short video of the fault help the claim.
