How to Apply Your YourSurprise Discount Code

Step-by-Step: Applying Codes at Checkout

YourSurprise simplifies savings by applying discounts automatically at checkout, with no need for manual promo codes. Here's how it works:

1. Add Products to Cart: Browse and add personalized gifts, photo products, or floral arrangements on YourSurprise.com.
2. Review Automatic Discount: At checkout, YourSurprise computes your discount based on your order value, ranging from 5% up to 20% off.
3. Confirm Discount Applied: Before completing your purchase, verify that the discount is reflected in your cart total to ensure you receive maximum savings.

This auto-application model means you can focus on picking meaningful gifts without hunting for codes. Plus, if you're new, signing up with your email unlocks an additional 10% off your first order.

Automatic Discounts vs Manual Code Entry

Unlike many retailers that require entering coupon codes, YourSurprise’s discounts trigger automatically when your cart meets spending thresholds. This seamless approach reduces friction and avoids errors at checkout. Manual promo codes rarely apply since volume-based pricing is integrated into the shopping experience.

What To Do If Your YourSurprise Code Doesn't Work?

Check for Automatic Discounts Eligibility

Remember, YourSurprise discounts apply automatically based on your cart value. If you don't see your discount, confirm your order meets the minimum spend thresholds for volume discounts, as discounts range between 5% and 20% depending on total.

Confirm Seasonal or First-Time Offer Restrictions

Promotional savings like Black Friday or holiday discounts only work during their respective sales windows. The 10% first-order discount requires an email signup and applies once per customer. Ensure these conditions are fulfilled to access these specific offers.

Contact YourSurprise Customer Support

If discounts still fail to appear after verifying eligibility, the next best step is to contact YourSurprise’s customer service through their official website. They can assist with any technical or eligibility questions related to offers.
