Automatic Discounts vs Manual Code Entry
Verdant Tea requires customers to manually enter promo codes like the promo code during checkout to activate discounts. There are no automatic discount applications for first-time buyers, so always input the code before payment to receive your 10% savings. Additionally, free shipping is automatically applied on eligible orders over $50 without needing a code.

Savings Hacks & Tips for Verdant Tea
Welcome Discount: Save 10% on Your First Order
Use the promo code to get 10% off your first order. This is an official, ongoing offer confirmed by Verdant Tea and applies exclusively to new customers on their first purchase. The exact dollar savings depend on your order size, but the percentage discount makes expanding your tea collection more affordable (verdanttea.com).
Free Shipping Threshold: Orders Over $50 Ship Free
To avoid the standard $4.95 shipping charge, ensure your US order exceeds $50. This free shipping offer adds significant value, especially when combined with the promo code discount. Smaller orders incur the $4.95 fee, so planning your cart to reach the threshold maximizes your total savings (verdanttea.com).
Shipping Options: Standard, Express & International
Verdant Tea offers several shipping choices tailored to your needs:
- Standard delivery: Costs $4.95 for US orders under $50, free above $50; typically arrives in 3-5 business days.
- Express shipping: A flat $12.95 fee guarantees delivery in 2 business days—ideal if you need your teas quickly.
- International shipping: Available worldwide with variable rates and delivery times depending on destination; check the official site for specifics.
Select the option that balances cost with urgency best for your order (verdanttea.com/shipping).
Cashback and Payment Methods: Optimize Your Payment
To stretch your savings further, use credit cards that offer cashback or rewards on food and drink purchases. Layering these benefits with Verdant Tea discounts like the promo code and free shipping reduces your actual spending. Be sure to monitor your card issuer's current promotions for opportunities that align with your tea orders.
