Automatic Discounts vs Manual Code Entry

For Soothe, the promo code discount typically applies automatically at checkout for eligible new customers, so manual code entry is optional but recommended to ensure activation. Other special discounts, like military or healthcare offers, require verification through ID.me or work ID and cannot be combined with this code. Membership benefits and package deals usually apply automatically once you subscribe or purchase.

What To Do If Your Soothe Code Doesn't Work?

Verify Eligibility and Code Conditions

Before troubleshooting, confirm your promo code usage meets these conditions:

• the promo code applies only to new customers booking their first massage.
• Military and healthcare discounts require valid ID verification via ID.me or work credentials.
• Referral credits depend on correct usage of unique referral links and the referral’s completed booking.
• Membership or bundle discounts require an active subscription or package purchase.
• Massage types and locations must support the specific promotions.

Try Clearing Cache or Using a Different Browser

Browser cache, cookies, or device issues can sometimes block promo code applications. Clear your browser cache or try a different browser or device to eliminate technical glitches.

If problems persist, reach out to Soothe’s customer support via their website or app. Remember that cancellations must occur at least 24 hours before therapist arrival for a refund, which may impact eligibility for discounts if appointments are canceled late (refer to Soothe Support & Cancellation Policy).
