How to Apply Your Sisters of The Valley Discount Code
Applying a discount at Sisters of The Valley is a straightforward process. Based on my team's manual testing in October 2026, you can expect to complete checkout in under a minute by following these steps.
Step-by-Step: Applying Codes at Checkout
- Add products to your cart: Browse the site for items like their signature CBD Tinctures, Moon Balms, or Sacred Smoke Blends and add your selections to the cart.
- Proceed to checkout: Click the cart icon, usually located in the top-right corner of the website.
- Find the discount code field: On the checkout screen, look for the input box labeled "Promo Code" or "Discount Code." It typically appears on the right side, just above your order total.
- Enter and apply the code: Type or paste your code (e.g., WELCOME15) into the field and click the "Apply" button.
- Verify the discount: Confirm that your cart total has been reduced by the promised amount before you finalize the payment. For first-time orders, this should reflect a 15% discount.
New Customer Offer: How WELCOME15 Works
The WELCOME15 code provides a 15% discount on your first order placed through the official Sisters of The Valley site (Sisters of The Valley official site, verified October 2026). To activate this offer, an email signup is required. This same 15% first-order benefit is also automatically applied when you subscribe to their email list, giving new subscribers immediate savings and early access to seasonal sales and product launches. The code is an ongoing offer, so you can use it anytime as a first-time purchaser.
How to Combine Codes with Sitewide Promotions
The brand often features seasonal promotions on their homepage, but it's crucial to remember their primary rule: discounts cannot be combined unless specifically stated (Sisters of The Valley Discount Policies, verified October 2026). Before checking out, always compare your options. If a 15% off summer solstice sale is running, it may offer the same value as the WELCOME15 code. For returning customers, bundle deals—such as buying three tinctures to get one free—often provide better overall value than a simple percentage-off code. Savings Hacks & Tips for Sisters of The Valley
Beyond the new customer offer, several verified strategies can help you save on every purchase. Regular shoppers often stack seasonal promotions with the free loyalty program to maximize value on repeat wellness orders.
Military Discount: Verified 10% Off with ID Check
The retailer provides a 10% military discount to honor active and veteran military personnel (Sisters of The Valley Military Discount Page, verified October 2026). To claim this, you must verify your military status through their official ID verification process. This discount offers a reliable savings path and may occasionally be stackable with other seasonal promotions, but you should always confirm the current stacking rules on their policies page.
Healthcare Worker Savings: 10% Discount for Eligible Buyers
In recognition of their work, the brand extends a 10% healthcare worker discount to eligible professionals (verified October 2026). Similar to the military offer, this requires ID verification through their official discount portal. Nurses, doctors, therapists, and other healthcare workers can use this to save on CBD wellness and personal care items after a quick verification process.
Moon Cycle Club: Points, Rewards, and Free Sign-Up Perks
The Moon Cycle Club is the brand's free loyalty program that delivers immediate and ongoing value (Moon Cycle Club Details, verified October 2026). Upon joining, you receive a 100-point sign-up bonus, equivalent to $10 in store credit. Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent, and every 100 points can be redeemed for a $10 discount on a future order. Additional perks include early access to product launches, a complimentary full moon ritual guide, and free standard shipping on orders over $50. If you want a broader view of wellness savings, browse Coupons Scout for daily-verified offers across CBD and beauty brands.
Referral Rewards: Give 15% Off, Get $15 Store Credit
The referral program lets you earn credit by sharing the brand (Sisters of The Valley Referral Program, verified October 2026). When a friend uses your unique referral link to make their first purchase, they get 15% off their order, and you receive a $15 store credit once their purchase is complete. With no limit on referrals, this can become a consistent source of savings.
Seasonal Sales, Bundles, and Subscription Savings
Timing your purchase around key sales events can unlock significant savings. Black Friday consistently delivers 20% off sitewide, with the sale often extending through Cyber Monday (Sisters of The Valley Seasonal Sales, verified October 2026). The brand also celebrates the summer solstice with a 15% off event and offers special holiday bundles in December.
Year-round, bundle deals offer reliable value. A popular standing offer is Buy 3 tinctures, get 1 free. For regular users, subscribing to monthly deliveries is the most efficient way to save. You get a 10% discount on every subscription order, and these savings stack with the points you earn as a Moon Cycle Club member.
Why Trust CouponsScout for Sisters of The Valley Codes?
Our Verification Process: The CSVP™ Standard
Every claim in this article has been validated through our CSVP™ (Coupons Scout Verification Protocol), an editorial standard built on the philosophy of "MarTech Precision, Human Integrity." For a full breakdown of our research, testing, and audit process, see our complete methodology.
Here's how we verified the deals for this retailer:
- Automated Discovery: My proprietary "Deal Listening Stacks" continuously scan the brand's website and promotional channels for new offers, filtering out noise to find active codes.
- Manual Add-to-Cart Test: Our team manually adds products to a cart at sistersofvalley.com and applies each code to ensure it provides a live, verifiable discount at checkout.
- Restriction Logging: We document all fine print, including new-customer-only rules, minimum spend requirements, and category exclusions.
- Daily Re-tests & Monthly Audits: High-traffic codes like WELCOME15 are re-tested daily, while our comprehensive monthly audits ensure all policies and pricing data remain current and accurate.
Meet the Team Behind Your Savings
As the founder of CouponsScout, I built this platform on a simple principle: every deal must be verified by human experts. For this guide, I worked closely with Jettawat Kasemchaiyanun, our Senior Software & AI Verification Analyst. Jettawat tested the checkout flow and discount logic to confirm the promo-code experience is seamless on both desktop and mobile.
Our team also includes Jennifer Angel, our Fashion & Lifestyle Verification Specialist, and Kanokchai Likitapiwat, our Senior Verification Analyst, who perform daily cart tests to validate code restrictions across different product categories. Finally, every article is reviewed by Joanne Lovell, our Editorial Director, who fact-checks each claim against our research to uphold our strict standards for accuracy. You can view every retailer we cover on our list of stores on Coupons Scout, updated as new brands are onboarded and audited.
What To Do If Your Sisters of The Valley Code Doesn't Work?
If you encounter an issue, these troubleshooting steps, based on our tests, should help resolve it.
Check Eligibility, Timing, and Code Entry
First, confirm the code's terms. WELCOME15 is strictly for first-time customers. Ensure you've entered the code exactly as written, with no extra spaces. Sometimes, a simple browser refresh is needed for the discount to appear in the cart. If it still fails, clearing your browser cache can resolve conflicts caused by old data.
Review Discount Stacking Rules and Exclusions
Remember, the retailer's policy states that discounts cannot be combined unless specified (official discount policies, verified October 2026). If you're trying to apply a code to an item that is already on sale, the system will likely reject the second discount. Additionally, note that personal care items and already-discounted products are often final sale and may be excluded from further reductions.
Use the Official Policies Pages
If a code repeatedly fails, your best next step is to visit the official homepage or discount policies page to see if the offer is still active. Seasonal promotions expire. For immediate clarification, contacting their customer support team is the fastest way to confirm a code's status.
