How to Apply Your Proton Discount Code

Step-by-Step: Applying Codes at Checkout

Proton does not offer public promo codes to prevent abuse and to safeguard fair access to their services. Instead, savings come from student discounts, nonprofit pricing, and seasonal promotions announced directly by Proton. To make the most of these opportunities, here’s how to proceed:

1. Visit Proton's official discount page to see all available offer types, including student and nonprofit discounts (Proton Discount Information).

2. For students: Verify your academic status through Student Beans, Proton's trusted partner. Create a Student Beans account and complete the verification to unlock a 50% discount on your subscription (Proton Student Discount).

3. For nonprofits: Submit proof of nonprofit status via Proton’s designated Nonprofit Discount Application page to request custom pricing.

4. Stay updated on seasonal discounts, like Black Friday or Cyber Monday multi-year deals, by subscribing to Proton’s newsletter or checking their official blog announcements (Proton Blog).

While no public codes exist, focusing on student verification, nonprofit applications, and seasonal sales gives you the best path to Proton savings.
