Automatic Discounts vs Manual Code Entry

Savings Hacks & Tips

New Customer Discount: Save 20% on Your First Order

The most straightforward way to save at eSalon is using the official 20% off first order promo code " the promo code". This code exclusively benefits new customers trying personalized hair color kits and does not require a minimum spend or special conditions beyond being your first purchase.

This discount is ongoing without a specified end date on the official site (source). It's a perfect starting point if you're exploring custom hair color solutions without splurging. Cashback Stacking: Combine with Credit Card Rewards

To amplify your savings, consider paying with a cashback-enabled credit card. Many cards offer rewards on online beauty purchases, which can stack on top of your 20% off discount.

Remember to verify your credit card's terms to confirm whether purchases at the retailer qualify for cashback or rewards. Pairing the promo code with cashback earnings maximizes your overall value on personalized hair care products.

Free Shipping and Delivery Savings: What to Expect

eSalon offers standard shipping at $4.95, typically delivered within 5-7 business days. If you need your order faster, express shipping is available for $9.95, arriving within 2-3 business days.

Currently, the brand does not provide free shipping thresholds nor international shipping options (Shipping Policy). Knowing these shipping costs upfront helps you budget accordingly and decide which option suits your timeline best.

Returns & Refunds: Know the 30-Day Return Window

The retailer allows returns of unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Customers cover return shipping costs, but refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method without any restocking fees (Return Policy).

This clear return policy offers peace of mind when trying new hair color kits, especially if you're unsure about the color or product.

What To Do If Your eSalon Code Doesn't Work?

Check Eligibility Requirements and Code Expiration

If your discount code isn't applying, check these common issues first:

• Confirm that you are a first-time customer since " the promo code" only applies to new users.

• Verify the code hasn't expired or been disabled. Although the code is ongoing, offers may change.

• Review if your cart contains only eligible products and meets any minimum purchase requirements (none officially stated).

Try Alternative Codes or Contact Customer Support

If problems persist, try any other codes available on this page or check back for new promotions. Contacting eSalon's customer service can clarify specific eligibility or technical issues.

Keep in mind, Coupons Scout updates this page continuously to ensure only valid codes appear, saving you time and hassle.
