## What Is Simply Workout and Who Is It For?

Simply Workout is an online retailer and lifestyle brand for boutique fitness. Its [about page](https://www.simplyworkout.com/pages/about-us) says it was started by friends who met at barre and sells a full range of style-forward fitness apparel and grip socks, mainly for women, with a smaller men’s section.

The shop works like a curated boutique: sock brands such as Tavi, ToeSox, Pointe Studio, Sticky Be and MoveActive sit next to apparel labels such as Beach Riot, Varley and Joah Brown, plus its own simplyWORKOUT label.

Simply Workout suits:

- **Pilates and reformer students** who need grip socks for class and like to switch styles often.
- **Barre fans**, since its designer grip sock collection is built around barre and Pilates use.
- **Shoppers who order $100 or more**, because US orders over that amount ship free.
- **Men who take studio classes**, through a men’s grip sock collection with 16 products when we checked.

## Simply Workout Review: Products and Features

### What Kinds of Grip Socks Does Simply Workout Sell?

Grip socks are the core of the shop. Its [designer grip sock collection](https://www.simplyworkout.com/collections/barre-socks) listed 870 products when we checked, with classic, ruffled, ballet-style, knee-high and tube styles, plus no-grip socks and leg warmers. On the new-arrivals list, pairs ran from $16.00 (Tavi Active Savvy) to $26.00 (a luxe shorty crew style).

### How Do You Find the Right Size and Fabric?

Read each product page, because fabric and fit depend on the brand. The [Tavi Active Savvy page](https://www.simplyworkout.com/products/tavi-active-savvy-grip-socks-pilates-barre), for example, lists 83% organic cotton, 14% nylon and 3% elastane with a high density PVC gripped sole, and its size chart runs from XS (women’s US 3.0 to 5.5) to XL (women’s US 13.5 to 15.0). Since socks are final sale for refunds, the size chart is the page to check first.

### Does Simply Workout Sell Activewear Too?

Yes. The [leggings collection](https://www.simplyworkout.com/collections/leggings) listed 103 products when we checked, from $68.00 to $158.00, with Beach Riot’s Piper Legging at $88.00 against a $108.00 regular price. Tops, pants and sweatshirts are also available, such as the Varley Wide Leg Pant at $108.00.

## Simply Workout Prices and Shipping Costs in 2026

Simply Workout does not charge a membership fee on the pages we read. You pay the item price plus shipping, and sales tax applies only to orders shipped within California, according to its [customer service page](https://www.simplyworkout.com/pages/customer-service). Here is how the main costs look, as of October 2026.

| Item | Cost | Condition |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Grip socks | $16.00 to $26.00 | Examples from the new-arrivals list |
| Men’s grip socks | $17.00 to $21.00 | Examples from the men’s collection |
| Leggings | $68.00 to $158.00 | Examples from the leggings collection |
| US shipping | Free | Orders over $100, via USPS |
| US shipping | $7.99 flat | Orders under $100 |
| International shipping | $30 flat | Free on orders over $200 |
| US return shipping | $5 | Refunds only; exchanges are free |

From Simply Workout’s collection pages, customer service page and return policy, October 29, 2026. Prices in US dollars; stock changes often.

### How Can You Pay Less at Simply Workout?

1. **Group your order to reach $100.** US orders over $100 ship free, which saves the $7.99 flat fee.
2. **Watch the multi-buy sock offer.** The socks collection title says buy 3 or more and save; the amount is shown in the cart, not on the page we read.
3. **Check sale prices on apparel.** Some leggings show a lower sale price next to the regular price, such as $88.00 against $108.00.
4. **Use a promo code carefully.** Our [Simply Workout coupon page](https://couponsscout.com/store/simply-workout/) lists current codes and offers. Remember that orders placed with a discount code do not get full refunds.

## Pros and Cons of Simply Workout

**✅ What We Like**

- Grip socks from many brands, including Tavi, ToeSox, MoveActive, Souls. LA and Pointe Studio, in one shop.
- Free USPS shipping on US orders over $100, and a flat $7.99 below that.
- Free exchanges on US orders, as long as the item you want is in stock.
- Afterpay is listed as a payment option at checkout.
- Studio activewear too: leggings, tops and sweatshirts from labels such as Beach Riot, Varley and Joah Brown.
- A men’s grip sock collection and product pages with size charts, such as the Tavi Savvy chart from women’s US 3.0 to 15.0.

**💡 Things to Consider**

- Socks are final sale for refunds; check the size chart on the product page first, and use an exchange or store credit if the fit is wrong.
- US refunds carry a $5 return shipping fee and postage is not refunded; choose a free exchange when you can.
- Sale items, bundles and orders placed with a discount code do not get full refunds; be sure of size and style before you use a code.
- International returns and exchanges are not free; order once you have checked the size chart.

Simply Workout’s strengths are its brand range, free US shipping over $100 and free US exchanges. The things to consider are mostly about refunds, and each has a simple fix: read the size chart, choose an exchange and be sure of your size before you use a code.

## Simply Workout Return Policy Explained

Simply Workout’s [return policy](https://www.simplyworkout.com/pages/return-policy) gives you 28 days from receipt to postmark a return. Items must be unworn, clean, in original packaging and with tags attached. US shoppers start a return through the returns page on the site and get an email with instructions once it is approved.

- **Exchanges:** free for US orders, as long as the item you want is available.
- **Refunds:** go back to the card or PayPal account you used, and the policy says to allow 14 days after your return for the credit.
- **Return shipping:** $5 for US refunds; postage is not refunded on returns or exchanges.
- **Final sale:** socks, decals, water bottles, hair accessories and items marked final sale can be exchanged or turned into store credit, but not refunded.

## Is Simply Workout Legit?

Simply Workout publishes the details a careful shopper looks for: an about page with its San Diego origin story, shipping rates, a written return policy and a customer service email address. It lists credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay as payment options. We did not find a phone number on the pages we read, so use email or the web form for support.

Safety note: the brands say grip soles help you move without slipping, but no sock removes the risk of a fall. Choose the right size so the sole sits flat under your foot, follow your instructor’s advice on footwear, and check with your doctor before you start a new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant or recovering from an injury.

## How We Rated Simply Workout

| Criterion | Score | Why |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Product range | **4.6/5** | Grip socks from many brands (870 in its designer grip sock collection when we checked), plus leggings and tops. |
| Shipping | **4.3/5** | Free US shipping over $100 via USPS; $7.99 flat below that; international $30 or free over $200. |
| Returns and exchanges | **3.9/5** | 28-day window and free US exchanges, but socks are final sale for refunds and US refunds cost $5. |
| Pricing transparency | **4.3/5** | Prices are clear on collection pages; grip socks mostly $16.00 to $26.00. |
| Payment and support | **4.2/5** | Afterpay is listed; support by email and web form; no phone number on the pages we read. |
| **Overall** | **4.3/5** | A multi-brand grip sock and activewear shop for Pilates, barre and yoga fans |

How we score: we read Simply Workout’s homepage, about page, customer service page, return policy, collection pages and a product page on October 29, 2026, and compared them with ToeSox, Tavi Active and Pointe Studio. Scores reflect research of the brands’ own pages, not wearing the products, and no company reviewed this article.
