## What Is JustPark and Who Is It For?

JustPark is a UK parking marketplace run by JustPark Parking Limited, registered in England and Wales. Its [about page](https://www.justpark.com/uk/info/about-us) says the company began in 2006 and that it has helped over 13 million drivers, handles more than two million bookings a year and has paid out GBP 90 million to its space owners.

Owners list spaces they are not using, and drivers book them by the hour, day or month. JustPark suits:

- **Travellers** who want airport parking booked before they leave home.
- **Commuters** who drive to a station or office a few days a week.
- **Fans and gig-goers** heading to Wembley Stadium, The O2 or Twickenham.
- **EV drivers** who want to reserve a charging space before a trip.
- **Homeowners** who want to earn from an empty driveway.

## JustPark Review: Key Features for Drivers

JustPark gives drivers three main ways to park, according to the [how-it-works page](https://www.justpark.com/how-it-works).

### How Does Booking a Space Work?

You enter where and when you need parking, compare nearby spaces with reviews and photos, and tap to book. Your JustPark account then shows directions and access instructions, and you can amend the booking there. Some spaces can be extended in the app if your train or event runs late, but not all spaces allow it, so check the booking details first.

### What Is Park and Pay?

Park and Pay is for drive-up parking without a reservation. You look for a JustPark sign, enter the location number shown on site and choose how long to stay in the app.

### How Does JustPark Monthly Parking Work?

Monthly parking lets you book the same space 3, 5 or 7 days a month in a single booking, with up to 10% off for paying up front for longer periods. Under the [cancellation policy](https://www.justpark.com/cancellation-policy), monthly subscriptions have a one-month minimum and can be cancelled at least 4 days before the next billing date.

### Can You Book Airport, Station and Stadium Parking?

Yes. The [airport parking page](https://www.justpark.com/uk/destinations/airport-parking) lists about 50 locations, including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Manchester and Edinburgh, with park and ride, meet and greet and driveways near the terminal. The [station page](https://www.justpark.com/uk/destinations/train-station-parking) highlights stops such as Birmingham International, Cambridge and Reading, and lists Cardiff Central parking from GBP 6.60 a day. The [stadium page](https://www.justpark.com/uk/destinations/stadium-parking) covers Wembley Stadium, The O2, Twickenham Stadium, Co-op Live and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

### Does JustPark Help With EV Charging?

Yes. The [EV parking page](https://www.justpark.com/uk/solutions/ev-parking) lets drivers search for a nearby charger, reserve in advance, choose charging times and pay for parking and charging in the app. It does not list charger numbers or prices, so check each listing.

## JustPark Pricing and Fees in 2026

JustPark has no single price list, because each space owner sets a price. The brand says it earns a small service fee on each booking, and the cancellation policy mentions a separate transaction fee. Booking early often helps: the station page says many spaces are cheaper when reserved in advance. Here are the figures we found, as of October 2026.

| Item | Price or rule | Source |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Sample hourly listing (Reigate) | From GBP 1.20 per hour | Listing page |
| Cardiff Central station parking | From GBP 6.60 a day | Station page guide |
| Monthly parking paid up front | Up to 10% off | How-it-works FAQ |
| First booking in the app | GBP 5 off at the time of writing | Homepage |
| Service fee | A small fee on each booking (amount not stated) | How-it-works page |
| Listing a driveway | Free; no monthly fees or upfront costs | Host page |

From JustPark’s pages, October 31, 2026. Prices are in GBP and vary by space, date and demand.

## JustPark Cancellation Policy Explained

JustPark’s refund depends on how far ahead you cancel and how much the booking costs. For bookings with a set start and end time, the [cancellation policy](https://www.justpark.com/cancellation-policy) says:

| When you cancel | What you get |
| --- | --- |
| More than 21 days before the start | Refund to your original payment method (up to 10 business days; transaction fee not refunded) |
| More than 24 hours ahead, booking over GBP 50 | Refund to your original payment method |
| More than 24 hours but less than 21 days ahead, booking under GBP 50 | Instant refund to your JustPark Wallet |
| Less than 24 hours before the start | Non-refundable |
| Cancelled by the owner or JustPark | Full refund to your original payment method, including the transaction fee |

From JustPark’s cancellation policy, October 31, 2026. Park and Pay, EV charging and event parking have separate policies.
